When it comes to multicultural marketing, we were at work before it became en vogue! Our innovative and disruptive approach was to create our own original content - multimedia with a conscience - for integration into major media outlets targeting African American audiences. So we created a brand in 2004 called The Conscious Voice - a Print Magazine, Radio Magazine and Podcast. Yep! We were podcasting on Apple's iWeb platform long before anyone even knew what a podcast was!
We carved out a niche and became a predominant voice for multiculturalism in art, culture & life. Over 10-years, we've worked with upwards of 60 clients, helping them reach black consumers using our media.
For other clients in public service, non-profit and fashion, we've developed and managed public & media relations and advertising campaigns, and designed a ton of marketing collateral.
Our boutique agency was founded by a former newspaper managing editor and radio personality, so storytelling comes naturally. But it's our unique ability to discern the cultural zeitgeist, combined with our understanding of voice, tone and image, that's been successful in helping us create business strategies for brands seeking an authentic audience connection.
